My name is Paige Danforth and I am certified Pilates instructor located here in Muskoka. Helping people intentionally move their bodies is one of my favourite things to do! I am very well rounded in movement of the body as I am also a certified yoga and swim instructor! I can't wait to move with you!!

Classes are run from my private in house studio. Address will be provided directly to you upon booking completion. I am located 2 minutes from Highway 11 in Bracebridge next to High Falls!

Please note that classes will be tailored to fit your specific needs, everyone is welcome!

All payment is collected here through PayPal. I am happy to accommodate both e-transfer and cash payments as well. Please just send me a DM or email at ppdanforth@gmail.com instead of booking through here.
